Anxiety. Isolation. Left unaddressed, these feelings can have a profound impact on your quality of life and on those you care for. In this webinar we heard from mental health educator Rebecca Higgins, who led an interactive and reflective workshop. During the workshop, Rebecca considered and validated some of the challenges care partners face.
