{"id":40421,"date":"2023-05-29T10:27:43","date_gmt":"2023-05-29T14:27:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.parkinson.ca\/?p=40421"},"modified":"2023-05-29T12:06:08","modified_gmt":"2023-05-29T16:06:08","slug":"2023-annual-general-meeting-notice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archiveparkinson.thedev.ca\/fr\/2023-annual-general-meeting-notice\/","title":{"rendered":"2023 Annual General Meeting notice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Notice of the 2023 Parkinson Canada Annual General Meeting<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Date:<\/strong> Tuesday, June 20, 2023<br \/>\n<strong>Time:<\/strong> 11:00 a.m. &#8211; 12:00 p.m. (EDT)<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> In-person (Toronto, ON) and online (Microsoft Teams)<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the Annual General Meeting includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To accept the 2022 financial statements of the Corporation and the report of the auditor.<\/li>\n<li>To appoint an auditor for the Corporation to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting of Members of the Corporation.<\/li>\n<li>Election of renewing Directors.<\/li>\n<li>To receive the report of the Directors in respect to the work of the Board over the past year.<\/li>\n<li>To transact other business as may be necessary or desirable in connection with the activities of the Corporation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that voting is reserved for registered Members only.
