While the study was conducted in an animal model \u2013 meaning the results are not yet conclusive for humans \u2013 it suggests that omega-3s, such as those found in eggs, may help protect the brain&rsquo;s dopaminergic system, which controls movement. When combined with exercise, these benefits were even greater, improving motor function, balance, and dopamine production.
